LifePlan Investments was established in 1990, more than 35 years ago.
Are you regulated

Our registered office is in Limerick. Our advisers are based at 77 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Grand Canal Docklands, Dublin, D02 VK60, Ireland.

Yes. Visits to our Dublin office are by appointment only. Use our Contact page to request a meeting and wait for confirmation of the date and time before attending.
Can I enquire if I live outside Ireland
Yes. We welcome enquiries from elsewhere in Europe and establish whether our permissions and the provider’s requirements allow us to assist in your country of residence.
Products and planning
Which products can I ask about
You can enquire about fixed-rate bonds, investment funds, fixed-term deposits and pension and retirement planning. The specific options available depend on the service, provider and your eligibility.
Is a fixed rate bond the same as a fixed term deposit
They can be different legal products. A conventional bond is a loan to an issuer under the bond’s terms. A fixed-term deposit is money placed with a deposit-taking institution under a deposit agreement. We confirm the legal product type before you proceed.
What is fixed in a fixed rate bond
The interest rate is fixed under the bond’s terms. Some bonds have no capital protection; repayment depends on the product and issuer. Book a consultation with one of our advisers to understand the different types of bonds and the terms and protection that apply.
What is the minimum investment
Minimum amounts vary between providers and products. Tell us the amount you are considering and we will explain the relevant requirements.
When is interest or income paid
The payment schedule is product-specific. Interest may be paid periodically or at maturity. Funds may distribute income or retain it within the investment. The applicable documents explain the arrangement.
Can I access my money early
Access depends on the product. A fixed-term deposit may restrict withdrawals or apply a penalty. Selling a bond early may result in a loss or may not be possible. A fund may have dealing or withdrawal restrictions. We discuss access before you commit.
Can you help me prepare for retirement
Yes. We can discuss pension and retirement planning within our service, including how existing arrangements and other savings relate to your priorities. We explain the scope of any review before it begins.
Can you help if I am already retired
Yes. We can discuss how investments and savings relate to your income needs, planned spending and longer-term priorities. We start with your circumstances and explain the service available to you.
Will you tell me to transfer my existing pension
A review does not automatically lead to a transfer. Existing benefits, charges and protections should be understood before changes are considered. Any recommendation depends on the assessment and service provided.
Becoming a client
Do I need to choose a product before contacting you
No. You can begin with your goals or a question. We will explain how we may be able to help and what information is needed.
What information will I need to provide
The application asks for your product interest, euro amount, account type, preferred term, personal details and identity and address documents. Income payment bank details are optional. You can book a consultation first if you prefer.
Can two people apply together
Choose Joint account and complete the details, identity uploads and proof of address for both applicants. Corporate account applications also need company, ownership and authority records. Availability depends on the product and eligibility.
What will the service cost
We charge no separate introduction fee. The relevant provider pays our commission, which we explain before you proceed. The product may have its own charges.
Where will my money be held
Your investment funds go to the account designated by the relevant provider in your investment documents. LifePlan does not receive or hold them. The documents explain how the money is held or invested. Verify payment details with the provider before transferring funds.
Is there a cooling off period
Cancellation and withdrawal rights depend on the product, service and applicable law. There is no single cooling-off period for every arrangement. The relevant documents explain any right, deadline and potential cost.
Does submitting the website form commit me to investing
No. Your application is marked Under review, and one of our advisers will contact you shortly. Submitting it does not open an account or place an investment; provider acceptance is a separate step.
Can I have someone with me during a discussion
Yes, you can ask to involve a trusted person. We will explain any consent or authority needed to share your information or accept instructions.
