What our intermediary service covers
We help clients understand products available through our intermediary service and provide introductions and application support. Our permissions, provider appointments and Terms of Business determine the services available for investments, deposits and pension and retirement planning. We explain whether personal advice is included in the service agreed with you and who is responsible for providing it.
We receive remuneration from providers and charge no separate introduction fee. Our charges and remuneration section of our Terms of Business explains how to obtain the relevant disclosures.
The institution or issuer identified in the product documentation is responsible for the product’s contractual obligations. Regulation does not mean that a regulator recommends an investment or guarantees its performance.
Availability outside Ireland
An Irish regulatory entry does not by itself mean that every service can be offered in every European country. We establish the permissions and provider requirements relevant to your country of residence before proceeding.
